theprismgate.com operates this website to provide information and sell crystal products, minerals, and carvings to customers worldwide. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are purchasing under the supervision of a guardian.

2. Products & Descriptions
We strive to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, as our items are natural, hand-carved, or one-of-a-kind:

  • You acknowledge that each natural stone, geode, or piece of Mammoth Ivory is unique. Slight variations in color, size, pattern, and inclusions are inherent to their natural beauty and are not considered defects.

  • We reserve the right to update product descriptions and images at any time, but this does not affect any existing orders unless we notify you directly.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on the site are in US Dollars and, unless otherwise stated, do not include shipping costs or international customs duties.

4. Orders & Acceptance

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (Due to the nature of our products)
Because our crystals and carvings are unique and often considered "final sale" or "collectible" items:

  • Change of Mind: We generally do not accept returns for change of mind, as each piece is unique and pulled from our inventory specifically for you.

  • Damage in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within [48 hours / 3 days] of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and the damage. We will guide you on how to proceed with an insurance claim (if applicable) or work with you on a resolution. Please do not discard the original packaging.

  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately for rectification.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and product images, is the property of theprismgate.com and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not use our images or descriptions without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
