1. Shipping Carrier
Once your order is ready, you are welcome to use your own preferred shipping carrier or forwarder. We can ship to the address you provide, whether it's your doorstep or a local freight forwarder's consolidation warehouse.

2. Shipping Costs & Customs

Shipping Cost: The shipping cost displayed at checkout is an estimate. For orders shipped via your own designated carrier, please contact us for a custom invoice excluding shipping fees.
Customs & Duties: Please note that theprismgate.com is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility. We advise you to check with your local customs office before placing an order.

3. Order Processing & Handover

We strive to process and carefully pack your item within 3-5 business days.
A clear photo of your packaged order will be sent to you for confirmation before it is handed over to your designated courier or shipped via our standard method.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for the item(s) pass to you the moment the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping company.

4. Important Note on Fragile Items
Our products include natural geodes and crystals which are inherently fragile. While we use high-quality, secure packaging to protect them, we strongly recommend that you choose a shipping service that includes insurance and tracking to cover the full value of your purchase.
